4 Steps to get Vietnam Visa as requested by all other Agents
Fill in the visa online form.
Fill in the application form with the correct details of your full name, date of birth, passport number and arrival date. After filling out all needed information, please double check to make sure information is correct, if any wrong information will cause Vietnam Visa denied.
Get your approval letter by email.
After you submit your application and payment, we will start processing your visa. After 2 working days (or shorter with less in the case of an urgent visa), we will send you an approval letter (pre-approved visa letter) by email. Then you just need to print the images file (color preferred, but not required) and prepare at least 2 passport sized photos (4cm x 6cm).
Get your visa Stamped.
Upon arrival at Vietnam’s airport in Hanoi, Danang, or Ho Chi Minh Airport (View airport map), expect to fill in a simple form, present the your approval letter, passport, photos, and pay for the stamping fee. without hassle or trouble.
Vietnam Visa Fee Instructions
In order to get your Vietnam visa, you should pay two kinds of fees: Service fee and Stamping fee.
1. Service fee
Service fee is the fee you pay to us for doing all the paperwork for you to submit your visa application to the Vietnam Immi gration Department for processing their visa approval letters.
2. Stamping fee.
Stamping fee is the fee you pay directly to Immigration Officers in cash (in USD or VND) (at Immigration Desk/Counter) at your arrival airport in Vietnam to have visa stamped onto your passport. The fee is collected by the Immigration Officers and compulsory for all those who use visa on arrival method.

Vietnam Visa Exemption
Nationals of certain countries may visit Vietnam without visa for a period of time, here-under is the list of countries and regions that have Visa Waiver arrangements with Vietnam.
– British National Oversea (BNO) passport holders are not eligible for the 15-day free visa exemption.
– Foreign passports are exempt from visa requirements to Phu Quoc island for no longer than 30 days. If they transit through other international airports in Vietnam before arriving Phu Quoc, they are still eligible for the exemption.
– APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) holders with valid passports are exempt from Vietnam visa requirements for stay of no longer than 60 days.
